IMPORTANT: Create the NRL.com account using the email owner’s details. You can add/link participants after login.

Step 1: Use the link below to create your account.
Step 2: On the login screen, click Sign Up.
Step 3: Enter details, verify your email, and your account is ready.

If you see “email already in use”, go back and select Forgot Password.

You can now add/link participants or request admin access.

 The ID photo you upload must meet specific criteria:

• It should be a clear, identifiable head and shoulders shot of the participant only, similar to a passport photo style.
• It should be a recent photo (taken within the last 6 months).
• The participant should not be wearing sunglasses, a hat, or other headgear.
• Image format must be JPEG or PNG.

 Acceptable forms of ID documentation for MySideline registration typically include official documents such as:

• Birth certificate
• Valid/current passport
• Driver's licence
• Other supporting documents like a Blue Card or accreditations may also be uploaded

If your registration is pending, you can upload your documents and photo by logging into your profile: 

1. Log into your profile at profile.mysideline.com.au.
2. Select My Profile from the menu.
3. Select Edit Profile on the member you wish to edit.
4. To upload a document, scroll to the bottom to the 'Supporting Documents' area and click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS.
5. To upload an ID photo, click on the Camera Icon next to the profile and follow the prompts. 

Once your registration is approved by a club administrator, you may no longer be able to upload documents yourself, and the administrator will manage this process.
